  • One-time fee for each case; two cases cost twice the per-case fee
  • Shared: a supervised team. Assigned: a named primary case owner with backup.
  • Both serve multiple customers; no exclusive or full-time staffing is included.

The case fee covers work within the agreed standard scope. Complex cases that need substantial additional work are quoted before that work begins. With your written approval and a spending cap, additional specialist time is billed at $7 per hour. Attorney fees and court or county charges are separate.

A caller builds your pipeline. A recovery specialist owns the signed-case work.

Full Service includes Premium software, a caller for outreach, follow-ups and agreement coordination, and recovery support for signed cases. Your caller’s work connects to the recovery specialist’s work in the same case record.

Questions agents ask

Do software plans include leads?

Yes. Pro and Premium include every vetted lead in every covered county. Leads Only is for customers who want a CSV without the CRM subscription.

Can I use my own agreement?

Yes. Use the SurplusNorth template or upload your own.

Are calls and texts included?

A local number and texting registration are included. Call and SMS usage is billed from prepaid credit.

Does Managed Recovery include attorney fees?

No. Attorney fees and court or county charges are separate. Additional specialist time for complex work is billed at $7/hour only after you approve the task and a spending cap.

Does Full Service guarantee a recovery?

No. Full Service provides calling and recovery support. Case eligibility, recovery results and payout timing vary.

Can I buy annual Full Service?

Yes. Annual payment receives 10% off the monthly price for the year.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans can be canceled any time and end at the close of the month you paid for. Yearly plans are paid for 12 months upfront.
